What is the difference between the Deluxe and the standard hoodie?
The Deluxe Hoodies are our custom designed fit hoodie with extremely soft to the touch fabric. Our deluxe line is completely different fit wise, size wise, and quality wise to our standard hoodie. If you are not sure which size to get. Check out the size chart for each located on each product page.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Who is responsible for Duties / Taxes on international orders?
The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments.
Can I change my address or products once I place an order?
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

Is the sizing on the site adult or kids?
All sizes on the site are adult unisex sizes but we do carry one youth style in our Quack Deluxe Hoodie as of now and we plan to introduce more as time goes on.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on our products.
If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@dumb-club within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
